Doug Wilson is a Portfolio Manager with a focus on innovative portfolio solutions that intersect energy, credit, and digital finance. Doug harnessed his skills over 20+ years of experience in the energy and power industries, nurturing the ability to identify investment opportunities across capital structures. Prior to joining One River, Doug focused on energy research and trading at Millennium Management, a $57 billion discretionary hedge fund. Previously, Doug was a Portfolio Manager for the Bass Family of Texas, a $3.5 billion family office. He managed energy, power, and mining investments in both public and private markets. At Tang Energy Group, Doug focused on power development projects in China. He began his career trading mortgage-backed securities at Capstead Mortgage Corporation (NYSE: CMO). 

Doug has an MBA and BBA from Southern Methodist University with concentrations in Finance. Doug holds a CFA charter.
